<description>I would just like to thank WOS for a great evening. After reading a couple of not-so-favourable reviews for Treasure Island prior to going, I must admit I was not expecting much. However I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a captivating show from the start and both my young daughters loved it. They preferred this production to our usual Barbican or Richmond Theatre Panto trips, and what with studying pirate stories as part of the key stage 2 curriculum this year, they were inspired to create their own scary tales. The icing was of course being persuaded to remain after the show to enjoy a drink in the bar with WOS members, who reminded me that the cast would probably turn up to meet and chat with us. They did. My daughters now have lots of photos and a free programme signed by almost all the cast - including the star - and he was - Keith Allen.
Thank you for our first wonderful WOS theatre visit - we shall return.
